There is a banner at the top of the Guild website inviting people to apply with a Loan Officer. How did it get there?
The 'Apply now' banner at the top of all corporate pages of our website (not LO or branch pages) is designed to redirect customers you have worked with in the past back to you. When someone visits your webpage and clicks the 'Apply now' button, a cookie is placed on their computer. After that point they will see you in that banner whenever they visit the general pages of the website. That means if they start working with you and then stray off to other pages, they can revert back to their application with one click.
Can I add my mobile and fax numbers to my website?
Yes! Your website has phone fields for Business, Mobile and Fax. The initial launch of the new Loan Officer pages only included a space for one phone number, but since then we have added extra fields for these additional phone numbers. To ensure that your preferred phone numbers are featured, make sure to add them in your My Contact Information section in MyKey Portal.

My headshot is missing. Who do I report that to?
Direct questions about features that existed in your old website (such as your headshot and bio) to MASupport@guildmortgage.net. Our marketing admin can help resolve those issues.
How do I take advantage of the custom features?
Reach out to your Marketing Admin team at MASupport@guildmortgage.net. for requests to customize your header photo, color scheme and to add your team members, videos, and charity logos. For more information on the available custom fields, click here.
My title is incorrect, how do I update that?
First, ensure that your preferred title is approved for your position. Here is a list of approved titles. Secondly, reach out to Regional Admin to update your title.
How do I change the order of how I am listed on my branch page?
The branch pages are ordered according to title and then alphabetically for those with the same title. Please see the ranking list below. Note: They are not ordered by seniority.
