- Always branded: Hi, this is Joe Smith from Guild Mortgage, I'm calling to give you the Tuesday update on the Rose loan.
- Set Expectations to reduce the number of inbound calls: I will call you every week to provide you an update, even if nothing is happening or needed.
- Key Messaging: This is where we are at... We are still on track to close on time. This is what we need for the next step...
- Always ask for the business: So glad we could give you this update this week. Is there anyone else I can do to help you with your business?
- First Time Intro to Listing Agent: Just wanted to call and congratulate you on the contract. My name is Joe Smith, my team and I will be keeping you informed all throughout the process. We will be calling you every Tuesday to provide you an update on the loan. We want to ensure we keep you in the loop throughout the transaction. At the end of the loan, if we have kept you up-to-date and we close on time, can I earn the opportunity to take you to coffee?
