Navigation Bar
The Navigation Bar (Nav. Bar) is at the top of Guild360 with access to different Dashboards, tabs, or reports you saved. It's customizable and can be tailored to what you need to access the most.
The new Dashboards have been saved on your top Nav. Bar. If you have other favorites saved, we suggest prioritizing the new links like this at the beginning: Home, Leads, Loans, Partners, Clients, Portfolio and Marketing.
** If you don't see these Dashboards/pages on your Nav. Bar, make sure to click on the More drop-down to see what other tabs may be hiding.
Customizing Your Nav. Bar
1. To customize your Nav. Bar, start by clicking on the edit pencil at the far right of the bar.
2. Click and hold onto the hamburger icon with your mouse, and drag and drop it to the desired space on your Nav. Bar and click Save when you're done.
- You can also drag and drop the tab you want to move directly from your Nav. Bar.
My Activity Access Drop-down
The My Activity Access drop-down feature is available on all Dashboards and allows for viewing loan data by LO, Team or Branch. By toggling between the different view points every report on the dashboard will be updated with a new Show Me filter.
My Information - Loan Officers Only - contains only the LOs individual data
My Team's Access - contains data from everyone on the team (if applicable)
My Branch's Access - contains data from the whole branch (if applicable)
The Dashboard will save with the last view point that was selected.
Sales Home Page
To Do Tasks
The To Do Tasks Dashboard is a one-stop shop for all actionable items, or Tasks, for your different loans/leads. The goal is to complete all of the Tasks in this Dashboard to help manage your day and bring all of the totals to '0".
Lead Management Follow Up Tasks
Quickly manage all open tasks on leads that are in active lead follow-up workflows. Successful lead conversion requires several "touches", and this will help keep you on track.
Portfolio Loans
With the help of these reports, you can track activity of your portfolio loans. Guild gives you a huge advantage by letting you know when properties you closed on are being listed, when a borrower you closed with has their credit pulled with someone else, when borrowers could be great candidates for a refinance, etc.
Tasks Completed by Assigned
Monitor Tasks completed from the last month by yourself and your team, broken down by week.
Purchase Dashboard
The Purchase Dashboard is included in your Salesforce homepage to make it easier to monitor your purchase business.
All Purchase Leads
Follow your Purchase Leads trend over the last 13 months to see when you get most of your purchase leads.
All Purchase Closings YTD (Club Tracking)
As you close purchase loans this year, monitor your Chairman's and President's Club progress. Watch the dial turn as you get closer to this monumental milestone.
Buyer's Agents w/ Closing Cur and Next
Easily track and update the Buyer's Agents with closings in the current month and next. Click on the Property Name (Transaction) to access and click the Update Agent button; anything in the Next Step field will be sent directly to the Agent.
Leads Dashboard
Understand when and where all leads are coming from, what lead conversion percentage you have, and actively reach out to any leads that are non-prequals or are already pre-qualified.
Non Pre-Qual Purchase Leads
Non-prequalified borrowers should be kept in touch with about every 3 days. The constant contact and "touches" help with a better conversion rate.
View the non-prequals who need to be contacted in the report and then use the All/My Non PreQuals No Action in 3 Days list view to reach out to them. The corresponding list view makes it easier to mark off each non-prequal you've contacted, and it also provides the opportunity to send out an Engage Email.
Pre-Quals & Pre-Approvals
If the borrower is out "house shopping", they should be a part of your pre-approved borrowers list. The PreQuals & Pre-Approvals report reminds you to contact these borrowers at least once per week. Check in with them and see if they got into contract and/or to see how shopping is going.
Utilize the All/My Pre-Approvals - Check In Needed list views to reach out to the borrowers with calls or texts or reach them all at once with an Engage Email.
Loans Dashboard
The Loans Dashboard covers all loans that are currently real deals. See which loans are missing milestones, what projected closings you have, review your Active Pipeline for current statuses, etc.
Purchase/Refi Tuesday Update Calls Needed
We should be providing status updates to all agents and/or borrowers on any real deals at least once per week. The Tuesday Update reports provide an excellent reminder to make those calls.
Use the All/My Purchase Tuesday Updates to Call and All/My Refi Tuesday Updates to Call list views to reach out to all parties on your loans.
Active Pipeline
The Active Pipeline report is a snapshot of all loans that are currently in process. See when all locks expire, appraisals are ordered, docs are out, etc. View this report regularly to have a good understanding of your pipeline.
Use the All/My Loans in Process Updates list view to provide status updates to all who have recently reached a different Stage. It would be a good opportunity to send a BombBomb video of "how this part of the process works" to each group in the different Stages.
Partners Dashboard
Use this Dashboard for everything having to do with your Referral Partners. Rate your Partners, keep in touch with them on a regular basis for quick meetups, or wish them a happy birthday.
Top Partners
Top Partners are any Partners that were given a rating of an A or B. We should be reaching out to them at least once per week to check in.
Use the All/My Top Partners - No Activity This Week list views to reach out to them. This would be a great opportunity to send them an Engage Email and/or a BombBomb video to make your check-in that much more personal and memorable.
Partner Birthdays
Make sure to reach out to your Partners on their birthday! It's an extra added touch to let them know you're thinking about them.
Go to the All/My Partner Birthdays This Week list views to check the weekly birthdays off of your list.
Clients Dashboard
The Clients Dashboard is best used for analyzing Lost Contacts, reaching out to Clients for their birthdays, and tracking all Clients in general.
Lost Contacts
The Lost Contacts pie chart provides a breakdown of all Lost Contacts and the reason they were Lost. Analyze the data to discover your most common Lost reason and see how you can improve your process to better serve your clients.
Use the All/My Lost Contacts list views to reach out to specific Lost reason groups through an Engage Email.
** Drip Campaigns automatically go out to Contacts marked as Credit Repair and Waiting to Buy.
Past Customers - All Time
A one-stop shop report to see a list of all Clients that you have ever had in the system.
Portfolio Dashboard
Utilize the Portfolio Dashboard to make First Payment calls, Loan Anniversary calls and to track all loans that have closed.
FHA/VA/Conv Portfolio Loans
In these tiles, Portfolio Loans are broken down by loan program (FHA/VA/Conv OO/NOO) and it shows the total volume for each.
Use this data to see how much you have closed per loan program as an individual or as a Branch Manager, you can see this data broken out for your team.
Corresponding list views can be used for the different programs.
- For example, these list views would be helpful if you wanted to reach out to all FHA or all VA loans to see if they would be interested in doing an FHA Streamline refinance or a VA IRRL refinance.
First Payment/Loan Anniversary
The Portfolio tab is also where you access the First Payment and Loan Anniversary list views.
Send out a First payment or Loan Anniversary Engage Email to your borrowers all at once for a quick and efficient way to get them all done at once.
Marketing Hub
Use the Marketing Page to access Send360, review Evabot orders and drip campaigns, and to track all data related to BombBomb, Engage Email, etc.
You can access this page directly from your Marketing tab on your Navigation Bar on the Guild Sales Home page. Previously, this content was only available through the Guild Marketing site.
